Typically we or our partners send out all orders within 24hrs or based on event instructions. If the order had been placed on Friday, the weekend or within a holiday it will dispatch the next working day.

We insure each order through transit up until reaching its destination. A recipient is required to sign for the package upon delivery.

Local Shipping

We use Kerry Express and Post EMS for shipping services in Thailand, post EMS for Vietnam, SF Express for China and Hong Kong. Shipping time is from next day delivery or the 2nd day, excluding weekends or holidays.

World-wide Shipping

All international orders are sent using Post EMS or SF Express with a typical delivery time of 5 working days to most destinations. Certain areas may take as long as 10 working days. If you would like us to arrange a different shipping method, please contact us.
