International Return Policy
All sales are final for international orders where we do not operate. We guarantee all orders through transit until reaching its destination. We do accept exchanges based on BBS’s sole discretion under certain circumstances, which include:
- product damage during shipping
The following conditions must be met:
- A request must be sent to us not longer than 7 days upon receiving the product.
- All associated items, accessories, authenticity cards, etc. must be sent back together.
- Additional shipping charges are paid for by the customer.
Returns for damaged product
If you received your product with any damages or defects please notify us right away, either by emailing us at email@example.com or through any channel in which you purchased the product. You will need to provide detailed photos of the damaged areas and send the product with all accessories back to us. Please contact us for our warehouse address and further instructions.
